This is a birthday present to darling Mar from her Prince! Oh and that's me, the Prince >w< And the girl is cute little Mar, though I may or may not have completely made up her current hairstyle for the purposes of this drawing.
The uniforms are, naturally, from Ouran High School Host Club. The background is a Photoshop brush I got at [link] , and also, I copied this idea from *morgankit Comments
 Aww, I love the background and the rose frame ^~^ but mostly the rose. Did you add it in or drawn it out?

I love love love the postures they both are in. Excellent.  I traced the rose from one in the show in Macromedia Flash, then pasted it in and changed the colors. I've done that with almost all my Host Club drawings so far
